Most people will have attended a Race Meeting at some stage in the past, usually for a fundraising event. Our Race Meetings are vastly different by the amount of colour and atmosphere we inject into the event, the superior quality of the props we use, and a host of mood setting signs; also the fact that we run our races on video with back projection facilities, rather than the more usual 16mm film, adds to the professional and authentic ambience of the entire event.
The Race Meeting operates as follows:

• Our Race commentator runs an introductory film showing 10 horses as far as the starting line and then there is a break during which time guests bet on the horse of their choice.
• Promotional money is given to each guest upon arrival, and payouts are made on generous odds, so that everyone is accumulating as the evening progresses .
• During the break between each race our musician and singer perform, thereby offering non-stop entertainment. The musicians use this oppurtunity to interact with the audience incorporating hints on the betting to get everybody guessing.

• All our attractive and lively staff are dressed in multi-coloured jockey silks and jodhpurs and they mingle with guests acting as hostesses, as well as operating the betting and payout booths. Other fixtures such as starting and winning posts, winner's enclosure, race cards, picket fencing, grass arena and an abundance of eye-catching signs and display material, ensure a very professional and hugely enjoyable Race Meeting.
• We provide our own full PA sound system, and of course Master of Ceremonies to co-ordinate the whole event.
